Hi I'm Helen,
With over a decade of experience, I combine a range of healing techniques, including reflexology, massage, shamanic drumming, and energy work.
My journey into complementary medicine began in my teenage years, and my passion for healing has only deepened through extensive training and personal experiences.
From working with Elders in care homes to running healing areas at festivals and retreats, I bring a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. My treatments are intuitive and designed to create a space for relaxation, healing, and transformation.
